This is the second book in the Southern Seduction series. Peggy had just recently quit her job as a social worker when she is asked to take in Trevor's niece until he is found after her parents are killed. Trevor has been living and working in foreign countries since he had a falling out with his brother after the death of their father. Neither Peggy or Trevor have ever experienced a great love of their lives but from the instant they meet, the chemistry flows between them. Once they give in, there is no turning back for either of them. Passion, love and jealousy are all part of their relationship.
I enjoyed reading this story and I really loved little Adeline and how she responded to both Peggy and Trevor. It was also good to catch up with the characters from the first book. I can't wait to read the next book in the series and I hope we will finally find out the backstory of Rhonda and Connor.
