I am totally in awe of the masterful storytelling of author, D Camille. I have read EVERY book that she has published , and I can honestly say that each story gets better and better. Diamond (The Heirs Series Book 2) embodies romance, love of family, action, suspense, and intrigue. The author’s writing is tight and precise with well-developed characters who transcend from one series to another. Diamond and Xavier, the protagonists of this story are the epitome of the next generation of Black love. They are in love, and they are fierce. The other heirs, Six, Justice, Jade, Skye, and Alex, the off-spring of the Black Diamonds are also forces to be reckoned with. The subject-matter that drives the storyline is serious, and relevant... (Shades of the movie, GET OUT). I highly recommend this book. If by some chance you are not familiar with the works of this author, I strongly suggest that you check them out for yourself. You are missing out on some great reading! I can’t wait for the next story in this series... Skye & Kyros. Remember Kyros? No spoilers; just stay tuned.
